General properties
Selective calcium antagonists with predominant effect on the blood vessels.

Hypertension.

Chronic stable angina.

vasospastic angina (angina Prinzmetal).
- Observable hypersensitivity to dihydropyridines, amlodipine or to any other component of the medicine.
- Severe arterial hypotension.
- Shock (including cardiogenic shock).
- Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction (e.g. severe aortic stenosis).
- Hemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction
Pharmaceutical characteristics
5 mg tablets:
- tablets – white or off-white straight solid cylinders, the end surfaces of which are flat with the splitting line across on one side;
In the original packaging in a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
