General properties
Antispasmodics in combination with analgesics. Synthetic anticholinergics in combination with analgesics. Pitofenone and analgesics.
Symptomatic treatment of pain with spasms of smooth muscles of internal organs:
-
renal colic and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract that occur with pain and dysuria disorders;

spasms of the stomach and intestines, liver colic, biliary dyskinesia;
-
spastic dysmenorrhea.
Hypersensitivity to metamizole, to pyrazolone derivatives (phenylbutazone, tribuzon) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or to any component of the drug. Gastro-intestinal obstruction and megacolon; atony or gall bladder; severe violations of the kidneys and liver functioning; changes in the composition of peripheral blood (agranulocytosis, leukopenia); blood disorders (anemia, of any etiology, cytostatic or infectious neutropenia); deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; porphyria liver; angle-closure glaucoma; suspected acute surgical pathology; bronchial asthma; collaptic states; tachyarrhythmia; prostatic hypertrophy tendency to urinary retention.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Tablets of white or white with yellowish tint color, flat surface. bevel and mark.
Keep out of reach of children in original package at temperature not exceeding 25 °С.
