Increased individual sensitivity to lidocaine or other amide local anesthetic, epileptic seizures on lidocaine in anamnesis, severe bradycardia, severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, severe chronic heart failure (Il-Ill degree), sick sinus syndrome, Wolff- Parkinson-White syndrome, Stokes-Adams syndrome, atrioventricular block (AV) II and III degree, hypovolemia, severe liver / kidney function, porphyria, myasthenia gravis.
