Amlodipine
General properties
Selective calcium antagonists with predominant effect on the blood vessels. Dihydropyridine derivatives. Amlodipine.
- Hypertension.
- Chronic stable angina.
- vasospastic angina (angina Prinzmetal).
Known increased sensitivity to dihydropyridines, amlodipine, or to any other component of the drug. Arterial hypotension of a severe degree. Shock (including cardiogenic shock). Hemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Obstruction of the outflow tract of the left ventricle (eg stenosis of the aorta of severe degree). Unstable angina. Application within 8 days after myocardial infarction.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Single layer round bincovex tablets of white or white with blue color. At fracture when viewed under a magnifying glass can be seen relatively homogeneous structure.
In the original packaging in a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
