Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin and analogues).
Therapeutic indications
- The treatment of malignant, posthemorrhagic and iron deficiency anemia, aplastic anemia in children, anemia of alimentary nature, caused by toxic substances and drugs related to vitamin B12 deficiency, regardless of the reasons for the deficit (gastrectomy, worm infestation, malabsorption process bowel, pregnancy). Polyneuritis, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatica, causalgia, migraine, diabetic neuritis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, delirium tremens. Apply with dystrophy in children, after infectious diseases, sprue (including folic acid), liver disease (hepatitis, cirrhosis, infectious disease), radiation disease, psoriasis, dermatitis herpetiformis, neurodermatitis, photodermatosis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Eritremia, polycythemia. Neoplasms, except in cases which are accompanied by megaloblastic deficiency anemia and vitamin B 12 insufficiency. Acute thromboembolic disease. Exertional angina high functional class
