Adults with infections of mild or moderate severity of the drug is prescribed for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible to levofloxacin microorganisms: acute sinusitis, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, complicated and uncomplicated urinary tract infection (including pyelonephritis), skin and soft tissue infections, chronic bacterial prostatitis.
Hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, other quinolones or any of the excipients of the drug. Epilepsy. Adverse reactions from tendon after previous application of quinolones.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Tablets are round shaped, film-coated, from light pink to light brown with a pink tinge, the upper and lower surfaces of which are convex. At fault is seen under a magnifying glass core of light yellow or yellowish-white, surrounded by a continuous layer.
Keep at temperature not exceeding 30 oC. Keep out of the reach of children.
