Nimesulide
General properties
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic agents.
- Treatment of acute pain.
- Symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis pain.
- Primary dysmenorrhea.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any component of the drug. Hypersensitivity reactions (bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria) while use of aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in anamnesis. Hepatotoxic reactions to the use of the drug in anamnesis. Concomitant use of potentially hepatotoxic agents. Alcoholism, drug addiction. The active form of gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer, the presence of relapse of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding in anamnesis or bleeding that accompanies other diseases. Severe blood coagulation. Severe heart failure. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min). Liver failure. Increased body temperature and flu-like symptoms. Suspicions of acute surgical pathology.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Tablets from light yellow to greenish-yellow color.
Keep in premises protected from light, out of reach of children at temperature not excceding 25 °С.
