General properties
Vasodilators used in cardiology. Organic nitrates.
- Angina pectoris (for relief of angina attacks and short-term prophylaxis).
Hypersensitivity to nitrates, shock, collapse, hypotension (systolic blood pressure below 100 mm Hg. Art., Diastolic blood pressure below 60 mm Hg. Art.), Acute myocardial infarction with low pressure left ventricular filling, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, increased intracranial pressure (including the hemorrhagic stroke, after a recent head trauma), angle-closure glaucoma with high intraocular pressure, the simultaneous use of sildenafil and other phosphodiesterase inhibitors, bradycardia (less than 50 b/min), cerebral ischemia, cardiac tamponade.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Sublingual tablets. Single-layer tablet of circular shape with flat top and bottom surfaces, bevelled edges, with a stroke, white or white with creamy shade color. On the surface of the tablet marbleness is allowed. On a break under a magnifying glass can be seen relatively homogeneous structure.
Keep in original package at temperature not exceeding 25 ºС.
Keep out of reach of children.
