Solvents and solvent agents. Water for injection is pyrogen, chemically inactive, it does not have pharmacologic action.
Therapeutic indications
Water for injection is used for the preparation of sterile solutions of medicinal and diagnostic products intended for subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous administration.
Contraindications
Water for injection as a solvent of medicinal and diagnostic products does not apply if other solvent is specified in the leaflet for medical use.
Do not use the product for eyewash during ophthalmic operations.
